Brigg and Peterborough

We provided designs to allow the increase in power generation capacity at the Brigg and Peterborough power stations as part of the Baloo Project, initiated by Centrica Distributed Generation Ltd.

The project involved:

• Civil design of PRMS plot and mechanical design of interconnecting pipework
• Process/mechanical design of the PRMS skid units
• Electrical, control and instrumentation design for the PRMS
• Supply install and commission the PRMS skid units

Key considerations for this project included: space constraints; requirement for basic pipework/skid unit design applicable for future detailed iterations; and, the need to align with Fulcrum Utility Services Ltd (which designed/installed pipework connecting the PRMS to the existing plant).
